Ferngrove - Loch View is all on one level.

The Cottage has two bedrooms, both with Kingsize Zip/Link beds which can be arranged as  single beds if required, ( please let us know before arrival ).

Both bedrooms have ample storage and are equipped with a Hairdryer.

The Kitchen, Lounge and one of the Bedrooms all enjoy stunning views over Loch Ken/River Dee.

The Shower room has a double low level shower cubicle, Basin, WC and Heated Towel rail.

The comfortable lounge has TV/DVD player and Gas Fire.

Loch View has a well equipped kitchen/ diner, with Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine, Slow Cooker and Washing Machine.

Bed Linen, towels, Tea towels, all of our linen is hand finished on site.

Electricity and Gas and Wi -fi are included in the cost of the rental, there are USB charging points.

There is a large off road Car park, small private patio, garden, and

a shed for bike/fishing tackle storage, bait fridge/ freezer.

Loch View is unsuitable for pets ( please book Kirk View)

Our arrival and departure days are flexible, our minimum stay is for three nights.

2024 TARIFF

Two guests @ £70 per night

Four guests @ £90 per night.

We do not charge a booking fee for direct bookings.

We will require a £50 deposit to secure your booking.

Please pay for your booking in full before/on arrival.
 

Ferngrove Arrival time is 3pm, unless you have made a prior arrangement for early check in.
Departure time is 10am, please respect this departure time so that we have ample time to service the accommodation ready for new arrivals.
